Faroe Islands Pinhole
In April, I spent a week on the amazing Faroe Islands with 2 great friends, @seanbagshaw & @joshmerrillphotography. We were greeted with 50 mph winds and massive waves upon arrival at the town of Gasadalur.
We had a blast watching the powerful waves crashing on the rocks and the crazy wind blowing the waterfall up over the cliff. At one point, I pulled out my Ondu Pinhole camera and started shooting with it. I remember @seanbagshaw looking over and yelling over the howling wind “is that a F-ing wooden box!?” and then doubling over from laughing so hard. We all had a good laugh at seeing this little box on top of a huge gitzo tripod.
Needless to say, I ended up making one of my favorite images from the trip with this simple little camera 🙂
