Our “Hut” out at the historic town of Gothic

 

 

I have 2 remaining workshops scheduled for this winter season, here in Crested Butte, Colorado.
February 24th and March 11th
Both involve a easy/moderate ski tour and overnight stay at the luxurious Maroon Hut in the historic town of Gothic.

All Workshops have a maximum of 6 people and cost $225. The cost includes one-on-one photographic instruction, as well as lodging fees at the Maroon hut. We will discuss and coordinate group dinner, breakfast, and snacks a few days prior to the workshop date.

 

 

We had a blast at my last workshop, even though the weather for the ski-out was less than ideal.

The Maroon Hut is amazing….Hot shower, microwave, in-floor heating, oven, stereo, refrigerator. It is not your average backountry hut.

 

 

The storm we skied out in broke at about 5:00 am to reveal a magical winter wonderland to photograph. It was beautiful, as was the ski back to the trailhead.
